My husband went in a week or 2 ago and paid for some drywall. He didn't have his trailer at the time so he paid and was told they would hold it for him. We went in today to pick up, only to find that they went ahead and sold all their drywall, including what we already paid for! The guy claimed he was going to call and tell him. Tell him what? that you sold what we paid for? how ridiculous! He said they couldn't read his name and number to call him. Well work on your handwriting cause he was the one who wrote it down on the receipt. Do not go there. We haven't shopped there in years anyway because their prices are usually higher than the retail store. But they had a bunch of drywall for a good price. My husband paid cash for the drywall and they couldn't even give us cash back. They had to write a check. we'll see if it even clears. Do NOT shop there. If someone pays you for something, you shouldn't go sell it to someone else and then come up with all these lame excuses!!

Excellent HVAC products and support! I ordered a furnace, AC compressor and coil from Freeman Liquidators. John Wishon provided amazing customer support guiding me through the order and shipping process. All of the products came in original packaging and in great condition.

Ordered a used Onan generators was pleased with price however did not notice and not made aware it did not have the Internal exhaust pipe. I assumed it did not have the outside of case exhaust. After contact was given a list of suppliers and part number. Called all and manufacture and told 84 days on back order. RV center installing spent time trying to figure this out added to my expected installation all of $450. I ordered the part at $58 not knowing when or I would receive and paid up front. There bill was $620 and I cannot use this nice generator. If and when part arrives another 100+ again. NICE GENERATOR, DECENT PRICE, FAST SHIPPING. Hope this woks out soon and they need to be more open and informing!!!

Note - Their Google rating does not tell the whole story, check out their rating on eBay, which is where they primarily sell products, their rating is substantially better with thousands of transactions. New Furnace - I found a Carrier Infinity furnace on the Freeman website. The picture showed an older model but when I asked about it by email they said the photo just hadn't been updated. They gave me two very fair freight quotes, one to a terminal and one to my door with a liftgate - which is what I chose. The furnace arrived today by Dayton Freight, it was still new in the original box, the newer model as they told me, and well-packed on a pallet. I opened the box and the unit is in perfect condition, no damage at all. My experience with Freeman is excellent, good website, easy transaction, fast shipping, tracking numbers, and good communication with the staff. Great job all around. I'm going to see what else they have for sale.
